Mill Pond Ceramics Studio is located in the historic Pepperell Mill Campus, a redeveloped textile mill on the banks of the Saco River, in downtown Biddeford, Maine.

DIRECTIONS: We are located in Building 18 North Dam Mill (the orange building) shown on the Pepperell Mill Campus inset map. Let the big brick smokestack be your beacon! It’s right next to the main parking lot:
Enter the Main Entrance
Walk up a short set of stairs to your left, or use the elevator to Floor 2
Walk into the main lobby, turn left (east) and find us halfway down the hallway. Look for our orange hanging sign, across from 4 Corners Frame Shop.
PARKING: You may park in the main lot anywhere.
PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: If you are picking up finished work or clay, we leave your packages in a cubby at the very end of our long hallway, past our main door and the double-studio doors. You can access the building anytime daily between 6am and 6pm and can pick up your work or clay order without needing an appointment with us.
